WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

THE REJECTS were hand picked by the VERSIFICATION EXECUTIVE TEAM. Each member of THE REJECTS were asked to share with us how REJECTION affected their craft and confidence. This response is listed in each editor's biography. We hope this service will help you find a good home for your work, but more so, we hope it is an opportunity to normalize the rejection process and demystify the editing process, helping create a more collaborative and inclusive writing and art community.

To ensure healthy boundaries between our editors and clients, our editor-in-chief, C. Cimmone, has committed to help you on your editorial journey. Upon contact, Cimmone will confirm you have read and acknowledged 'THE REJECTS' FEEDBACK WAIVER before proceeding.

THE REJECTS do NOT provide feedback specific to VERSIFICATION rejections. Editors will NOT advise why your work was declined by VERSIFICATION. Editors work independent of VERSIFCATION SUBMISSIONS.

ANY FORM OF ABUSE OR ILL BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. THE ABUSER'S EDITORIAL CONTRACT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY. FEES OR TIPS PAID (IF ANY) WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
